Vincent Lloyd DeMorrow

Vincent Lloyd DeMorrow, of Viburnum, MO, was born on Thursday, November 20, 1958, in Fremont, CA to Louis Lloyd DeMorrow and Ruby Kate DeMorrow, nee Kelley.  He passed away at his home in Viburnum, MO on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the age of 67 years, 1 month and 28 days.

Vincent graduated from American High School in Fremont, California, with the Class of 1976. He worked for several automotive parts companies and later at the Doe Run Battery Plant in Viburnum, Missouri, until his health began to fail.

While living in California, Vincent enjoyed going to the beach. He loved cars and motorcycles and had a passion for NASCAR, Monster Jam, and drag racing. He especially enjoyed going to the Fremont Drag Strip with his family and friends. Vincent also loved music—especially rock and oldies—and going to concerts when he was able.

Vincent enjoyed collecting model cars, Hot Wheels, and coins. He liked working on puzzles and spending quiet time on hobbies he loved. One of his greatest joys was taking his daughter fishing when she was a little girl and sharing those special moments together. Vincent had a big heart and a caring nature. He helped care for his Aunt Mickey and truly loved spending time with his family. Vincent loved getting together every Friday night with his family to play cards and board games, creating cherished memories filled with laughter and togetherness.  He was the one who kept everyone connected—the glue that held the family together. Vincent will be remembered for his kindness, his love of family, and the passions that brought him joy. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Ruby DeMorrow; sister, Diana Rosemary Killeen; brother, Michael Arthur DeMorrow; brother-in-law, Ray Hicks.

Vincent is survived by his loving daughter, Nicole DeMorrow of St. Louis, Missouri; sisters Linda Hicks of Fremont, Nebraska, Patricia DeMorrow and Theresa (Dana) Faddis of Viburnum, Missouri, and Kelley (Willie) Sutherland of Folkston, Georgia; brother-in-law John Killeen of Pescadero, California; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family chose cremation as Vincent's final disposition and will have their own Celebration of Life at a later date.
