On November 20, 1965, she married her high school sweetheart, Glenn Russell Stubblefield, at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Krakow, MO. Their marriage was a beautiful example of true love and devotion. They were rarely apart and shared a bond that many admire but few experience.
Together they welcomed their daughter, Brenda, who was the joy of their lives. Lois deeply loved her family and took great pride in caring for them.
Glenn and Lois moved to Steelville, MO, where they owned and operated Stubblefield Welding for over 50 years. Lois worked faithfully alongside Glenn while also caring for their home. She was a devoted wife, mother, and partner in every sense of the word.
She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and carried her faith with her throughout her life.
Lois loved animals, riding horses, fishing, gardening, and planting flowers. She enjoyed cross stitching, decorating her home, and reading. She found happiness in simple things and created a warm and loving home for her family.
